Shivraj Singh: Sant Ravidas temple of 100 crore in ravidas mahakumb
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan made a big announcement at Sant Ravidas Mahakumbh in Sagar. He said that a huge and grand temple of Sant Ravidas would be built on the land of Madhya Pradesh at a cost of Rs 100 crore. He said that for this the land has also been seen in Barduan of Makronia. All the teachings of Ravidasji will be engraved in the temple. In the event, CM Shivraj Singh performed Bhumi Pujan of Shahgarh-Banda group water supply scheme of Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam. The cost is 291 crore 25 lakh rupees.
Sant Ravidas Mahakumbh was organized at Kajlivan Maidan in Sagar. During the program, Shivraj said that Saint Shiromani was born in Kashi. That’s why a pilgrimage train will be run till Kashi. In the program, the Chief Minister also announced to increase the income limit for scholarship to Scheduled Caste children from Rs.6 lakh to Rs.8 lakh. Means now the children of SC families with annual income up to Rs 8 lakh will also be entitled to scholarship. After this, after coming down from the stage, showered flowers on the saints, as well as worshiped the girl child. BJP State President VD Sharma said in the program, today BJP is implementing the ideas of Sant Shironmani Ravidas.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh announced to increase the income limit for scholarship of SC students. He said that the income limit for scholarship to the sons and daughters of Scheduled Castes was Rs 6 lakh per annum. Now this limit is increased to Rs.8 lakh. Scholarship will also be given to scheduled caste students studying abroad.
The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh said that Sant Ravidas Ji’s teaching is to consider everyone equal. He said – I want such a rule, where everyone gets food, big and small all settle together, Ravidas remains happy… This message was given by Sant Shiromani Ravidas Ji. We are determined to establish such a society. Congress only talks big about SC support, did Congress ever give food to the poor? We considered it our duty, and did not do a favor. Our development journey is coming out. Going from village to village. If anyone has been deprived, then each one’s name will be added to the development journey itself.
An exhibition has also been organized on the life philosophy, thoughts, education and messages of Saint Ravidas in the Mahakumbh organized at Kajlivan Maidan. ‘One District One Product’ exhibition has also been set up at the venue. In this, agricultural machinery made in the Khurai of Sagar has also been demonstrated. Stalls of useful products and materials manufactured by self-help groups have also been set up. The CM also visited all these exhibitions.
Before leaving for Sagar, CM Shivraj Singh taunted the Congress in Bhopal. He said- The entire Congress is on hold under the leadership of Rahul and Kamal Nath. The public will also put them on hold. After the program in Sagar, the Chief Minister left for Nasrullaganj by helicopter at around 3.30 pm.
