In 2021, while preparing for the NSCA CSCS, he was also given the opportunity to coach the Delhi Senior National Team for the Santosh Trophy as a strength and conditioning specialist, and after the Santosh Trophy, he was named among Delhi players. became most popular. Pushpendra Singh, along with his brother and a few colleagues, started a project called POB in which he gathered fitness experts and former players and incorporated professional training, workout sessions, rest recovery ground sessions, personalized meal planning, and monitoring systems. And kept the very affordable price of 5k for the three-month plan. After working on the project for five months and receiving positive feedback from training over 500 athletes, he decided to start this company.
