New Delhi, On June 28, 2024 – Chinmay Sharma, a talented martial artist, has broken the Guinness World Record for ‘Most Elbow Strikes in One Minute (One Elbow)’ this is his sixth world record, reaffirming India’s dominance in martial arts. Certificate will come from London in this month
Sharma surpassed Pakistan’s Muhammad Rashid’s previous record of 348 elbow strikes, set in 2022, with an impressive 351 strikes. After that rivalry has started, Pakistan again briefly regained the title with 366 strikes after knowing this Sharma intensified his training and reclaimed the record again within four months and hits 371 elbow strikes in just one min.
This achievement marks Sharma’s sixth world record in last three years, trying solidifying his position as a contender for the prestigious Arjuna Award, which he has been eyeing for the past two years.
The Sports Authority of India (SAI) verified Sharma’s achievements in 2022, noticed his exceptional talent and dedication towards martial arts.
